This holiday season let Cleveland’s Junior Auxiliary bring you Christmas cheer as they perform their adaptation of “The Nutcracker.  In this delightful version, the story is brought to life with area dancers and local celebrities playing the primary roles.

“A Child’s Dream” takes place one Christmas Eve when a little girl named Marie  falls asleep after a party at her home and dreams herself into a fantastic world where toys become larger than life.  She meets up with the Nutcracker Prince who defends her from the Mouse King.  This all-time favorite ballet is performed primarily around Christmas time, and the Junior Auxiliary’s rendition will have you leaving the theater with unforgettable memories of a charming performance.

The Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland sponsors this production to expose the Cleveland community and surrounding area children to the theater and the performing arts.  Friday Morning Matinee performance (December 11^th) is for Bolivar County Students only.  Bolivar County Students contact your school’s office to schedule attendance.  Friday Night performance  (December 11^th) is scheduled through the BPAC Box Office 662-846-4626.
