MSAI Plus Camps

BPAC is offering two sessions of the Janice Wyatt Mississippi Summer Arts PLUS camp this year (same camp/different weeks).  We had strong attendance last year at both camps.  The dates for the camps are as follows:Camp One  July 6-11; Camp Two  July 20-25, 2009.  Each week will have the same camp content.

This camp is a one-week, performance oriented, day-camp for ages 5-11, centered on learning a choreographed medley of songs.  The final program will be presented on Saturday morning for the public in the Delta and Pine Land Theatre in the Bologna Performing Arts Center.  Campers attend other classes throughout the day in “Prop and Set Design”, “Music”, “Storytelling”, and “Puppetry”, with a related writing class.  Children bring their own sack lunch each day.    

Choose which week you want your child to attend, and then please fill out and mail or bring the registration form to the BPAC Arts Education office.  Be sure to include the $150.00 fee.  Reservations will not be taken over the phone.  Remember that this camp does fill up fast, and that we must have the fee to hold a place for your child.
